Bart Dennin is a crucial part of our team and has made a significant contribution to that success. A licensed Realtor since 1993 and a consistent Top Producer, Bart is an expert on the Sea Girt and Spring Lake markets as well as Manasquan, Brielle and Wall Township. In 2009 Bart marketed over $15 Million in properties.

Bart is also our Director of Marketing. In his first two years, he earned the NJAR Million dollar sales Club Bronze Level back-to-back, and the Silver Level 1998 through 2000 and 2005-2009. In 2001, 2002 and again in 2004 he was one of five Realtors in the South Monmouth Board of Realtors to earn the NJAR Circle of Excellence GOLD award. Bart earned Ocean Pointe's sales person of the year award for 1999 thru 2005, and the Outstanding Achievement Award for 1996, 1997 and 1998. Bart is Co-Owner of Ocean Pointe, Realtors and a Realtor member of the South Monmouth Board of Realtors. Bart earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at St. Peter's College in Jersey City. He has in-depth experience in sales, marketing, and property management. Bart came to the real estate field after 15 years as a senior merchant for a major retailing chain. Bart's in-depth training includes special real estate courses: Real Estate Practice, Marketing Economics, Finance, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Investments, Taxation and Creative Financing.
