Prior to becoming Ocean Pointe, Realtors, Co- Owner and Broker of Record, Joe Riordan was one of South Monmouth's top producers for over many years. He has been a member of the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Club almost every year since 1986 including 2002-2009.
Ocean Pointe, Realtors was founded in 1992 and since then, Joe and his partner, Bart Dennin have rapidly built the company into a major force in South Monmouth Real Estate.
Joe graduated from Trenton State College in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. In 1980 he received his salesperson's license & in 1985 became a broker. In 1986 he attended the Real Estate Institute at NYU. After being accepted as a candidate in the nationally recognized Certified Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council in 1994, he has taken a series of courses in strategic planning, marketing and training sales associates in order to better serve the needs of OPR and it's clients. He earned the prestigious CRB designation in 1998. The CRB designation is the highest award Real Estate brokerage managers can attain. In 2007 he received the coveted NJAR Distinquished Sales Club Award in recognition of acheiving the Real Estate Million Dollor Sales Club Award for 10 or more years.
Joe was raised in Manasquan and presently resides in Brielle with his wife Nancy and three sons Sean, Alex and Michael. He is an active member of his community serving on the advisory board of the Academy of Finance at Manasquan High School. In past years, during the season he could often be found at the little league field watching or coaching his boys.
