In 2007 SpringLake saw a very good year with 68 single family homes sold. 50% more units than 2006. The average sale price for homes in Spring Lake was $2,051,000. So far in 2008 we are seeing unit sales down with 59 homes sold or under contract through September. As of September there were 66 homes on the market in Spring Lake ranging from $649,900 to $8,195,000 compared to last year's 69 homes on the market in September.
