Many people enjoy coming to Spring Lake Heights because it is close to the beach, only 6 blocks away, it has easy access to the Garden State Parkway, and it is close to many golf courses and other shore destinations.Golfers can spend summer days on the various public golf courses located within minutes of the area.

 

In Spring Lake Heights, the “Governor’s School of Excellence” designated K-8 elementary school allows students to get a great education, and later attend Manasquan High School or various local private schools if desired.

 

This town is full of character and it has many exciting events through out the year. It also has several Bed and Breakfast inns . Popular restaurants located in town are The Spring Lake Manor, Doolans, The Porch, and St. Steven's Green.

In 2009 Spring Lake Heights saw unit sales and prices decline with 27 single family homes sold. The average sale price in Spring Lake Heights was 419,000. So Far in 2010 we are seeing unit sales about the same with 23 homes sold or under contract through September. As of October there were 40 homes for sale in Spring Lake Heights ranging from $280,000 to $1,319,000 compared to 28 in 2009.
