For over 125 years Manasquan has been a seashore destination for summer and year round residents.Situated just south of Sea Girt on the north side of the Manasquan Inlet across from Point Pleasant Beach, many people choose Manasquan for its large beaches, surfing, fishing jetty at the inlet, boat access to the Atlantic ocean, fine schools, quality shopping onMain Street, train access to North Jersey and New York City and so much more.Golfers can spend summer days on the various public golf courses located within minutes of the area.


In the town, the K-8 elementary school allows students to get a great education, and later attend ManasquanHigh School or various local private schools if desired.


This town is full of character, and it has many exciting events through out the year including Big Sea Day. It also has several popular restaurants located in town including Leggett’s, Maria’s, Squan Tavern, O’Neils, The Mahogany Grill, Surf Taco and others.


The real estate market in Manasquan has been slower than last year.


In 2007 Manasquan saw a better than average year with 106 single family homes sold. The average sale price in Manasquan was $668,000. So Far in 2008 we are seeing slower unit sales with 74 homes sold or under contract through October. As of October there were 83 homes for sale in Manasquan ranging from $400,000 to $3,799,000.
